By submitting the information above, I understand that a tentative hold will be placed on my date and time once availability has been confirmed.  If there is a conflict in date time or location, I will be notified within 72 hours to request alternate times/locations.  I will receive a Wedding Services Agreement and upon my signature and submission will have a confirmed wedding date and time with Marry Me In Colorado.  I understand that not returning the Wedding Services Agreement by the indicated date means that the date and time is released for Marry Me IN Colorado to book another client.  Once completing the Wedding Services Agreement, I will receive a Ceremony Questionnaire and Elopement Package Worksheet if applicable.  Completion of these forms are considered addendums to the Wedding Services Agreement.
